Who We Are
Lit Studio got it's start in 1985 under the direction of Charlotte Bender. At it's core, the philosophy of lit studios is to provide affordable access to the arts in conjunction with building life skills and confidence. To this day, our core classes focus on performance in order to emphasize creative building qualities as well as confidence. We provide a safe loving environment where all students are welcomed and valued.

Join the World of Dance
Our classes are set up in a progressive manner to help strengthen dancers' repertoire. A range of techniques are used to maximize the students expression in dance and dance performance. Our emphasis is not competition but building confidence and teamwork.
Advanced Dance
Let’s Do It
Whether you’re looking to learn new dance moves or hone in on your existing talent, this class is what you are looking for. The instructors are committed to giving each student attention while also moving the class forward. We’re happy to answer any questions you have about this class or any others - simply contact us or stop by.
Intermediate & Advanced Dance
Get Up & Move
Once the student has reached an intermediate or advanced level, classes are split into separate CORE and tap classes. The classes are longer and more intense giving the students a broader and deeper experience in different styles and techniques. Specialty classes are offered in the summer depending on instructor, and student interest. This may include but not limited to Solo Work, Modern , Hip Hop and Shotgun Skill classes.

Classes are on Monday Nights 4 pm - 9 pm
Private Classes are on Wednesday Nights
